Say yes to the dress @ Weddings Rotterdam

For me, finding a wedding gown is the most fun part of wedding planning. It’s the perfect excuse to feel like a princess.
I tried on a lot of different gowns… the problem was that I didn’t find one, but a number of gowns I fell in love with!

At first I was looking for a classic and supple dress with a lot of lace and a special back. It was very difficult to choose between the different silhouettes.
As I tried on more dresses I got a better idea of what I want the dress to look like. The dress I chose contains all the elements I love.

From the moment I put it on, I knew it was right! It’s a beautiful princess gown from the American designer Randy Fenoli. He is known for the TV show Say Yes to the Dress. Everything from the sweetheart neckline that is richly decorated with lace and beads to the massive tulle train is absolute perfection!

Hove van Herpelgem is a beautifully renovated and authentic castle domain in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes.
What convinced us to get married here is the home feeling and the open landscape! When choosing the location, we knew we wanted it to be elegant and majestic with a lot of nature, romantic lights and other elements that felt natural in the setting with a touch of modern luxury. 

Our wedding style is simple and down to earth, a true reflection of us as a couple.
As the venue will speak for itself, we decided to keep the decoration soft and minimal in order to compliment the view and blend in with the landscape outside.

We will use colors such as Dusty Rose, Ivory, Olive and a dash of Gold.
